Grassy Canyon Path

I have painted a few versions of this image, as I just love the soft grasses against the hardscape of the rocks. The time of day is late afternoon to evening, when the light sweeps across this cinnamon dirt pathway. The light colors are set off beautifully against the inky deep shades of encroaching evening.
